The Casper College women's rodeo team took 2nd place in last weeks Colorado State event in Fort Collins over the weekend. Kassidy Williams of the T-Birds took 4rd in the barrel racing, Kaycee Monnens took 4th in the goat tying Lacey Camp finished 2nd in the breakaway roping. The Birds rang up 350 points, just 10 points behind the University of Wyoming. In the Central Rocky Mountain standings, Casper College is 3rd with Gillette 1st. It was a tough rodeo for the Casper College men who amassed just 40 points at CSU. The T-Birds are currently 6th in the Central Rocky Mountain standings with Gillette first. The Annual Ropin and Riggin Days hosted by Casper College will be April the 21-23rd at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds.
