The Casper High school basketball teams were at home over the weekend to host the Sweetwater County schools. On Friday, the Natrona boys rolled over Green River 63-36 with Pete Bergman throwing in 17 and Logan Wilson chipping in 11. The Kelly Walsh boys knocked off Rock Springs on Friday 54-31 thanks to a dominating performance on the backboards with 22 offensive rebounds. On the girls side from Friday, Natrona crushed Green River 65-22 with freshman Katie Mayhue coming through with an astounding 26 points. The Kelly Walsh girls dropped a 40-34 decision to Rock Springs  as Olivia L'Ami led the Trojans with 10.

On Saturday, the Natrona boys made it 2 for 2 in weekend play 58-39 win over Rock Springs. Parker Browning led the Mustangs with 14 points. The Kelly Walsh boys crushed Green River 69-20. That was the 50th consecutive loss for the Green River Boys program. SO NC is now 9-6 overall and 5-0 in the 4A west. KW sits at 10-4 overall and 3-2 in conference play. On the girls side from Saturday, Natrona took care of Rock Springs 51-37 as Emily Robertson had a strong game with 18 points and 12 rebounds. The Kelly Walsh girls earned a split for the weekend with a big 56-20 win over Green River. The NC Girls are 5-0 in the 4A west and 10-5 overall. The KW girls are 6-8 overall and 3-2 in league play. The annual Peach Basket Classic between Kelly Walsh and Natrona will be Thursday night at the Casper Events Center.
