The Casper high school soccer teams won't have to go very far for their regional tournament with Natrona playing host this season. on the girls side, NC has already qualified for the state tournament after finishing first in the 4A West. Over the weekend, the Fillies defeated Green River 4-3 and Rock Springs 2-0 to wrap up the regular season at 9-5. The Kelly Walsh girls ended the regular season with wins over Rock Springs 3-0 and Green River 5-2. The Lady Trojans finished 2nd in the 4A West giving them an automatic bid to the state tournament at 8-5-1. The Kelly Walsh boys qualified for state by taking 2nd in conference play. The Trojans split their weekend matches, losing to Rock Springs 1-0 and beating Green River to finish 9-5. It's been a tough year for Natrona with just 1 win and 13 losses after a 1-0 defeat to Green River and a 3-1 loss to Rock Springs. NC will be the 6th seed at the regional tournament will play Rock Springs on Thursday in a loser out contest.
