The Kelly Walsh and Natrona track and field teams turned in some excellent performances in meets over the weekend. Kelly Walsh competed in the Sheridan meet on Saturday and Lamont Frisby won the 100 meter dash and the 200 meter dash. He also ran on the winning 4 by 100 meter relay team.  KW's Preston Groemer finished first in the 800 and took 2nd in the 400. Sage Coventry was the high jump winner as the Trojans won the meet with 173 points.

On the girls side in Sheridan, Grace Cellecz of Kelly Walsh posted a win in the 100 meters and finished 3rd in the 200. Kailey Walker from the Trojan team came away with a victory in the 400 meter dash. In the field events, Louise Vilhelmsson went 5 feet even to win the high jump as KW took 2nd in the meet with 135 points.

The Natrona teams were in Riverton on Saturday. The NC girls team had a great day in the sprints with Hannah Dunbar taking first in the 200 and the 400. Raeyn Gallegos was the winner of the 100 meter and also took the podium in the triple jump. Molly Olsen won the 3200 meters and she is the defending 4A State Champion in the event. Kristy Dick was a 2 event winner for Natrona winning the shot and the discus as the Fillies won the Riverton meet with 173 points.

The Natrona guys had some winners as well. Garrett Condelario was the victor in the 1600 and 3200 meter races. NC also won the 4 by 400 meter relay and the 4 by 800 meter relay. Brett Norvelle posted yet another win in the high jump going 6 feet even and he took 2nd in triple jump. Hunter Brown ended up winning the triple while NC's Corey Rizzi won the shot put. Natrona took first place in the Riverton meet with 180 points
