Champions Crowned at 4A State Golf Tournament

The Natrona girls and the Riverton boys captured state titles in the 4A golf tournament in Rock Springs on Tuesday. The NC ladies repeated as state champs, beating Kelly Walsh on the first playoff hole. The Fillies top finisher was Caitlyn Skavdahl who took 2nd. Kelly Walsh's Bailee Watt took 3rd. The overall girls winner was Evanston's Kallie Lunsford. The Riverton boys won their first state ttitle defeating Cheyenne East by one stroke with Kelly Walsh taking 3rd and Natrona finishing 10th. The boys overall winner was Riverton freshman Easton Paxton.
