The Wyoming Cowboys are getting ready for their regular season finale as they'll meet Colorado State in the Border War Saturday in Fort Collins. The Pokes (7-4)  and 4-2 in the Mountain West Conference and are bowl eligible.

The Rams are 3-8 overall and 1-5 in confence play. The Cowboys are coming off Saturday's 36-14 loss to nationally ranked Boise State. Kickoff Saturday will be at noon and can be heard on AM 1030 KTWO.

Men's Junior College basketball from Tuesday night had Casper College improving to 6-2 on the season with 72-60 win over Laramie Community College of Cheyenne. The T-Birds were led in scoring by Coby Eskew, Tyler Larson and Sam Johnson who each had 12 points. The Birds were also helped out by 34 turnovers by LCCC. The T-Birds will be in the NJC Tournament in Sterling, Colorado this weekend. Those games will be on AM 1400 ESPN.

The Wyoming Cowboy men's basketball team will be at home tonight when they host Utah Valley. The Cowboys come in at 6-1 after getting three wins in their Jim Thorpe Classic beating Portland State, Maryland Eastern Shore and  Louisana Tech. Utah Valley comes in at 4-3. Tonight's tip-off is at 7:00pm on AM 1030 KTWO. The Cowboys will play at Utah Valley the first week in January.
