Cowboys To Host No. Dak. State In CBI Tournament
LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — The University of Wyoming men's basketball team is playing in the postseason for the first time in three years.
The Cowboys have accepted an invitation to play in the College Basketball Invitational and will host North Dakota State in the first round on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
The Cowboys finished the season 20-11.
The fifth annual tournament begins Tuesday. Previous champions include Oregon (2011), Virginia Commonwealth (2010), Oregon State (2009) and Tulsa (2008).
