The Casper Coyotes junior hockey team swept a 3 game series over the Colorado Evolution over the weekend at the Casper Ice Arena. On Friday, the Coyotes dominated start to finish enroute to a 7-0 victory as Eric Stenbacka had a hat trick in the 2nd period alone. In Saturday's match-up, the Coyotes doubled the Evolution 8-4 thanks to a pair of 2nd period goals from Kasper Elo who is the leading scorer in the Western States Hockey League. Casper conclude the series on Sunday with an 8-2 win over the Evolution as Vikor Thim scored twice in the 2nd period. The Coyotes are 14-3 on the year and will be at Ogden on Sunday afternoon.
