The Casper Coyotes junior hockey team won 2 of 3 over the weekend in Colorado to improve to 19-6 on the year. The series started off with a 5-1 win over for the Colorado Roughriders as Viktor Thim scored the lone Coyote goal. Casper turned in a much better effort on Saturday with a 3-2 victory over the Roughriders, thanks to a couple of goals from Eric Stenbacka. The Coyotes closed the series with another 3-2 win over the Riders with 3 2nd period goals. Casper will host the Colorado Eagles in a 3 game series starting Friday night at the Casper Ice Arena at 7:30. Saturdays contest also is a 7:30 start with Sundays matinee game beginning at noon.
