Glenrock High School just completed installation of a new artificial turf at their football stadium. The project coast around $800,000 with $500,000 from the Wyoming School facilities department. The previous grass field had to be contunually be re-sodded so the new turf, will save money in maintenence costs. The school chose the Field Turf Revolution model, the same used by both of the Casper High Schools. The Herders will dedicate their new field prior to their season opening football game against Torrington on September the 5th.
