The high school cross country season concluded on Saturday in Sheridan. In a surprising development in the 4A boys race, Hunter Davila of Kelly Walsh had to withdraw after suffering a foot injury. He was the 4A favorite and dominated during the regular season. Chris Henry from Laramie was the 4A boys winner as the Plainsmen also won the team title. Brody Smith of Cody won the 3A boys race as Star Valley won the team title. in 2A boys, the winner there was Keegan Her Many Horses of Wyoming Indian. The Chiefs won the team championship for the 12th time in the last 13 years.

On the girls side, Karli Piaia from Rock Springs was victorious with Gillette taking the team title. Calbi Ausman of Newcastle finished first in 3A girls as Jackson took the team championship. Jules Ward of Thermopolis took the tape in 2A girls with Pine Bluffs winning the team title.
