High School Boys: Gillette-50 Natrona-38

Gillette won their sixth straight game a 50-38 win over Natrona on Thursday night at Jerry Dalton Court at Natrona. The Mustangs who started the season with three straight wins have now lost four straight. The Mustangs were led in scoring by Nathan Pieper with 12 points and Connor True who chipped in with 10. NC’s biggest problem was taking care of the ball, where they turned it over 21 times. Gillette was led in scoring  by Logan Wasson with 12 points and Cody Kelly with 10. The Camels won despite going 1 of 18 from 3-point land. Gillette moves to 7-1. Both teams will be in the Energy Classic in Gillette starting next Thursday.
