Tyler Griffey hit an uncontested layup at the buzzer to complete Illinois' comeback in a 74-72 win over Hoosiers. Griffey took the inbounds pass from Brandon Paul with 0.9 seconds left and tossed the ball into the basket, ending Illinois' three-game skid.

The Illini were just 2-7 in the Big Ten and trailed by double digits most of the second half before closing the game on a 13-2 run over the final 3:36.

D.J. Richardson led Illinois with 23 points, while Paul added 21. Griffey finished with 14 points and a team-high eight rebounds.

The Hoosiers fell to 20-3 overall, 8-2 in the conference.

It marks the fifth straight week the nation's top-ranked team has lost.

Mason Plumlee poured in 30 points and the Blue Devils improved to 20-2 with a 98-85 decision over North Carolina State. Seth Curry added 26 points and Quinn Cook had 21 as the Blue Devils won their fourth in a row. Duke never trailed shot 54 percent and led by as many as 21.
