Kelly Walsh Basketball In The East-West Tournament Over The Weekend

The Kelly Walsh boys and girls teams participated in the East-West Basketball Tournament in Riverton last Thursday through Saturday. The boys went 1-2 with their lone win against Thermopolis on Saturday 61-37. They lost to Sheridan Thursday night 29-26 and Laramie Friday night 53-31. The Kelly Walsh girls also went 1-2 in the East-West. They too beat Thermop on Saturday 42-40. KW lost to Sheridan Thursday night 60-28 and to Laramie Friday evening 41-24. Both teams are in action this weekend. The KW boys are at Gering, Neb. Friday night at 7:30, and then home to Gillette on Saturday night at 7:30pm. Kelly Walsh girls are at Gillette on Friday night at 7:30pm.

The Prep Game of the Week returns this Friday night as the Natrona Mustangs travel to Gillette to take on the Camels. Tip-off is at 7:30 with the pregame show at 7:15pm on AM 1400 ESPN.
