Kelly Walsh and Natrona split their matches in boys and girls soccer on Friday. In the girls match, Natrona with a 5-3 win. Marquette Dowell had 2 goals with Erin Devault and Emma Norvelle each scored for the Fillies. NC moves to a 7-1-1 on the season. KW falls to 5-4. On the boys side, Kelly Walsh with the win 3-2 as Freshman Robert George scored on a penalty kick for the win for the Trojans. The girls teams will host Green River and Evanston this Friday and Saturday. The boys teams will travel over to Green River and Evanston over the weekend.

The Wyoming Cavalry dropped to 1-5 on the season as they lost to the Chicago Slaughter Friday night 33-20 at the Casper Events Center. The Cavs have this week off before playing at Tri-Cities on April 26th. They return home on May 3rd to host Colorado.

Adam Scott holed a 12-foot birdie putt on the second playoff hole to beat Angel Cabrera and win the Masters. Scott claimed his first Major victory and made up for his performance at the end of last year's British Open, where he bogeyed the last four holes to lose by a stroke to Ernie Els.

Associated Press national player of the year Trey Burke has announced his is leaving Michigan two years early for the NBA draft. Burke led the Wolverines to the NCAA title game, where they lost to Louisville. The 6-foot point guard averaged 18.6 points and 6.7 assists per game last season.

A person familiar with the situation tells the Associated Press that former Rutgers and current Los Angeles Lakers assistant Eddie Jordan is nearing an agreement with the Scarlet Knights to replace Mike Rice as men's basketball coach.
