Natrona Girls Lose in 1st Round of State

The Natrona County Fillies, the 2nd seed in the 4A West watched their state championship hopes slip away as they lost to Sheridan Thursday morning at Casper College 44-32. NC went 0-16 from 3 point land and shot 21% from the field for the game without a single player in double figures. Sheridan received 15 points from Dylan Wright and 10 Emily Julian as the Broncs improved to 21-3. Sheridan will meet Cheyenne East in the 4A semi-final round. Natrona plays Rock Springs in the consolation round at 9am on Friday.
