The New England Patriots snapped the Denver Broncos 6-game win streak Sunday afternoon with a 41-23 victory at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium. The Patriots trailed in the second quarter 16-7, but the Pats rallied behind quarterback Tom Brady who threw for 2-touchdowns and ran for another.

Denver recorded 3 turnovers that New England capitalized on. Brady threw for 320 yards for the game. Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow was 11 of 22 for 194 yards with 93 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. The Broncos (8-6) remained one game ahead of Oakland (7-7) in the AFC West Division who also lost Sunday to Detroit 28-27. The Broncos play at Buffalo on Saturday with kickoff at 11:00am.

The highly anticipated matchup between Tom Brady and Tim Tebow helped draw the second-best preliminary television rating for a regular-season NFL game on CBS since the network acquired the AFC package in 1998.
