The North jumped on the South early and often on Saturday at Cheney Alumni Field and rolled to a 40-14 victory in the 42nd annual Shrine Bowl. Natrona's Stevann Brown was named the offensive player of the game with 94 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. Gillette's Dillon Matuska was the defensive player of the game with 10 tackles, including a sack plus an interception return for a touchdown. The South offense struggled all day long throwing 4 interceptions. The North won the Shrine Bowl for the 3rd consecutive year.
