Holiday cheer was most definitely not on the menu in Oakland last night. There has been plenty of tension in the air between the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Clippers for some time now. To be honest, last night's scuffles only add to the prior two meetings between the rivals earlier this season (Halloween and November 10th). But with 3 skirmishes last night and quite a few technicals and ejections, expect more of the same in the future.

It started with the Warrior's Draymond Green throwing an elbow at the Clippers' Blake Griffin. Green was the first to go although both were hit with a technical foul.

Only a few minutes later though, Golden State big man, Andrew Bogut tied up Griffin which lead to 2 more techs and Blake getting ejected.

But after all was said and done, and the Warriors came up with the victory, more pushing and shoving came from little Chris Paul attempting to grab the ball from Bogut who pushed him away. That of course drew out the hot-headed, ill-tempered Matt Barnes who in turn shoved Bogut.

Only time will tell what will happen in the next meeting between the 2 interstate ball clubs, but one thing is for sure... I can't wait to see it!
