Oilers Defeat Douglas

The Casper Oilers American legion baseball team improved to 2-6 on the year with an 8-3 win over the Douglas Cats on Wednesday night at Lansing Field. Pitcher Justin Petrossi had a sharp outing, going 7 innings without giving up an earned run and striking out 7. Ethan Leech had 2 hits and 2 RBI's. David Kerr and Jaxon Hiatt also delivered 2 hits apiece. The next home game for the Oilers will be on Tuesday night at Lansing as they'll take on Wheatland
