UNDATED (AP) — Kevin Love poured in 42 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in the Minnesota Timberwolves' 104-91 upset victory over East-leading Indiana. Ricky Rubio scored six points but tied a Timberwolves franchise record with 17 assists.

The loss drops Indiana's Eastern Conference-best record to 41-13. The Pacers have lost three of their last five. The Miami Heat trail the Pacers by just one game in the loss column in the race for best record in the East. Miami plays Indiana on April 11.

__ The Houston Rockets won their eighth straight, 134-108 over the L.A. Lakers. James Harden led the Rockets with 29 points and 11 assists. Dwight Howard added 20 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks.

— Patty Mills came off the bench to score 29 points, Marco Belinelli hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1:34 remaining and the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 111-109.

— David Lee had 23 points and 11 rebounds, Klay Thompson scored 18 points and the Golden State Warriors held off the Sacramento Kings 101-92.

— Carmelo Anthony capped a 42-point performance with three clutch baskets in the last two minutes, and the New York Knicks snapped a three-game skid with a 98-91 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans.

— Kyrie Irving scored 22 points and the Cleveland Cavaliers won their sixth straight game, 101-93 over the Orlando Magic.

__ Al Jefferson scored 29 points, Kemba Walker had 24 points and a career-high 16 assists, and the Charlotte Bobcats beat the Detroit Pistons for the second straight night, 116-98.

__ The Washington Wizards handed the Atlanta Hawks their seventh straight loss, 114-97. All-Star John Wall led the Wizards with 21 points and dished out 12 assists. It's Washington's first victory in Atlanta since 2008.

— Carlos Boozer scored 20 points, D.J. Augustin had 19 against his former team and the Chicago Bulls won their fourth straight game by beating the Toronto Raptors 94-92.

— Joe Johnson scored 27 points, Andre Blatche had 25 and Brooklyn beat the Utah Jazz 105-99. That's the Nets' first win in Utah since 2008.

— Markieff Morris scored 18 points to lead six Phoenix players in double figures and the Suns held on to beat the Boston Celtics 100-94.

UNDATED (AP) — The Los Angeles Lakers have traded point guard Steve Blake to the Golden State Warriors for reserve guards Kent Bazemore and MarShon Brooks.

Blake was averaging 9.5 points and 7.6 assists for the Lakers.

In other NBA trade activity:

The Brooklyn Nets have acquired guard Marcus Thornton from the Sacramento Kings for Jason Terry and Reggie Evans. Terry came from Boston along with Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce but has appeared in just 35 games after a knee injury, averaging 4.5 points. Evans was a favorite of fans but not coach Jason Kidd, who used him in just 30 of their 51 games.
