UNDATED (AP) — The New York Rangers have won the first NHL game played at Yankee Stadium.

The Rangers trailed 3-1 before scoring the last six goals in a 7-3 win over New Jersey. Mats Zuccarello scored back-to-back goals to put the Rangers ahead to stay and ignite their four-goal second period. Rick Nash ran his goal streak to five straight and Derek Stepan (STEP'-ahn) scored on a penalty shot in front of over 50,000 in the Bronx.

The opening faceoff was delayed an hour due to bright sunshine that created a dangerous glare on the ice. Gametime temperature was 25 degrees, and teams played through snowfall in the second period.

Also in the NHL:

— Al Montoya made 34 saves and Andrew Ladd scored his 150th goal in Winnipeg's 3-1 win over Chicago. Blake Wheeler had two third-period goals as the Jets handed the Blackhawks their third straight loss and improved to 6-1 under new coach Paul Maurice.

— Vancouver overcame Andrew Vermette's hat trick and beat Phoenix 5-4 on Kevin Bieksa's (bee-EHK'-suhz) goal at 2:15 of overtime. Bieksa finished with two goals and Chris Higgins and Zac Dalpe each had a goal and an assist for the Canucks.

— Brad Boyes scored the tying goal with 3:46 remaining before Nick Bjugstad (BYOOG'-stad) provided the lone shootout tally in Florida's 5-4 win at Detroit. Jesse Winchester and Drew Shore also had third-period goals after the Red Wings built a 3-1 lead.

— Ben Scrivens picked up his first victory with Edmonton by stopping 34 shots in a 5-1 win against Nashville. Jordan Eberle, Ryan Smyth (smith), Justin Schultz and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins each had a goal and an assist for the winners.
