State Volleyball Results: Day One

The quarterfinal round is complete at the state high school volleyball tournament. In 4A, Natrona defeated Laramie 3-0. Kelly Walsh lost to Cheyenne Central 3-0. Gillette defeated Riverton 3-2 and Cheyenne East defeated Evanston 3-1

In 3A, Powell upset Rawlins 3-1, Jackson defeated Torrington 3-1. Douglas moved to the semi-final round beating Lyman 3-2 and Newcastle beat Mountain View 3-1

In 2A, Big Horn defeated Wind River 3-2, Lovell over Southeast 3-0, Shoshoni over Wright 3-2 and Kemmerer defeated Tongue River 3-0

In 1A, Lingle defeated Burlington 3-1, Snake River beat Kaycee 3-1, Hulett defeated Encampment 3-1 and Cokeville advanced beating Upton 3-1.
