First the first time in Super Bowl history, brothers will coach against each other. John and Jim Harbaugh's teams each one their respective football conference championships on the road and their teams will match up in the Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday Feb. 3rd. In the AFC, John Harbaugh's Baltimore Ravens upended New England on the road 28-13. Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco threw for 3 touchdowns in the 2nd half. Baltimore is back in the Super Bowl for the first time since 2000.

Jim Harbaugh's San Francisco 49er's also winning on the road, beating Atlanta 28-24. The Niners were down in the first half 17-0 and pulled the biggest comeback in the history of the NFC Championship games. Frank Gore had 2 touchdowns for the 49er's who will be making their first Super Bowl appearance since 1995 and are 5-0 in the Super Bowl.

The Wyoming Cowboys with a big win at home Saturday when they beat 15th ranked San Diego State 58-45. The Aztecs could only muster 9 points in the first half. The Pokes had enough to win, a win they needed after losing at Fresno State last Wednesday night. The Cowboys were led by Leonard Washington with 14 points and 14 rebounds. Larry Nance Jr. also with a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Derrious Gilmore added 13 points. UW is now 15-2 on the season and 2-2 in the Mountain West Conference and will be at UNLV on Thursday night.

The Wyoming Cowgirls lost on Saturday at San Diego State 66-43. The Cowgirls shot just 33 percent from the field and had just one girl in double figures, Kayla Woodward with 12 points. The Cowgirls are 13-4 overall and 2-2 in Mountain West Conference play. They'll host UNLV on Wednesday.

The Casper College teams both lost on Saturday at home to Gillette. The T-Birds dropped a 91-86 decision in the men's game. It was the first North Sub-Region lost for the Birds now at 6-1 and 16-4 overall.

In the women's game, Gillette took it the Lady T-Birds 65-39. With the loss, the T-Birds are 5-2 in sub-region play and 16-3 overall. Both teams will be in Sheridan on Wednesday night with the women's game at 5:30pm and the men to follow at 7:30 on AM 1400 ESPN.
