T-Bird Men Downed in Gillette

The Casper College men's basketball team lost at Gillette College on Saturday night 85-73 to drop to 21-8 overall and 10-2 in the Region IX North. Gillette thanks to 22 points and 16 rebounds from Kavel Bigby-Williams will have a #1 seed in the upcoming Region IX tournament that will be hosted by Otero. The Pronghorns are ranked 5th in the country with a record of 29-1. The T-Birds will be a #2 seed and shot just 30% from the floor in Saturdays game going 28-91. L.J. Westbrook and Deante Strickland each had 17 for the T-Birds.
