T-Birds Lose in 2nd Round of Regionals.

The Casper College Volleyball team lost their 2nd round match in the Region IX tournament to nationally ranked Western Wyoming in 4 sets, 25-22, 25-22, 18-25 and 25-15 on Thursday night at the Erickson Gym. The loss drops the Birds to the loser's bracket and they'll meet Sheridan Friday at noon. Western stays in the winner's bracket and will play Northwest of Powell at 4pm. In other matches Thursday, LCCC beat Eastern Wyoming 3 games to none and Northwest of Powell defeated Central Wyoming 3 games to none.
