T-Birds Start Season 4-0

The Casper College volleyball team went a perfect 4-0 in the North Platte, Nebraska tournament over the weekend. On Friday, the Thunderbirds defeated Colby, Kansas 25-21, 18-25, 25-18 and 25-13. They followed that up with a win over Iowa Central 25-21, 28-26 and 25-23. On Saturday, the Birds picked up victory #3 defeating Williston, North Dakota 25-21, 25-19 and 25-18. In the last match of the day, Casper College defeated North Platte25-16, 25-16 and 25-13. The T-Birds have 5 returning sophomores this season and will be in the Western Wyoming tournament in Rock Springs starting on Thursday.
