The Casper College basketball teams had to work hard for their victories on Saturday over Western Wyoming with the men and women prevailing at the Erickson Gym. The T-Bird women, ranked 12th in the country missed 14 free throws and still beat WWC 69-64 to improve to 23-2 on the year. Ada Yalcin was Casper's leading scorer with 21. The T-Bird men put together a 23-8 run to finish the game and knock off Western Wyoming 78-61. Warren Dix broke out of a slump and led the Birds with 19 as Casper improves to 18-7 on the year with a road game at Central Wyoming on Wednesday
