T-Birds Win Ropin and Riggin Rodeo

The Casper College men's rodeo team won the 61st annual Ropin and Riggin days event at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds over the weekend. The T-Birds had 3 individual champions, Dylan Wahlert in the bareback, Trevin Fox in the steer wrestling and Coley Nichols in the team roping. CC is currently 3rd in the Central Rocky Mountain Region with the top 2 teams automatically qualifying for the College National Finals in Casper in June. The top 3 indivuduals will also punch their ticket to the CNFR. The final rodeo of the regular season will be April 29th through May 1 in Laramie.
