The Wyoming Cavalry and the Indoor Football League are pleased to announce that Ryan Lingenfelder has been hired as the new head coach for the Cavs. After 15 seasons of coaching, the 2013 season will be his first as a head coach.

On Friday night, fans bore witness to the Wyoming Cavalry defeat the Omaha Beef(mmmm, beef) in the Cav's final home game of the season, with a final score of 59-53. It was a close game but it seemed the old adage was true: In the end, beef is no match for a cavalry of hungry football players.
