The Super Bowl isn’t just a great opportunity for football fans to gather and celebrate the Big Game, but for former players to do the same, including many members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. On Sunday morning, the NFL Players Association hosted its third annual Legends Brunch at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans.

Two people familiar with the negotiations have told The Associated Press that a deal has been reached by NFL owners and players to end the four-month lockout. The players’ executive board and team reps signed off Monday on the terms that had already been approved by the owners.

NFL players and owners have reportedly agreed on all major points in a new collective bargaining agreement, putting an end to the four-month-old lockout. A union executive committee vote and press conference are expected on Monday. Insiders anticipate the deal will be in place by Wednesday to ensure the start of training camps and an interrupted full schedule of preseason and regular-season games.
