Number 2 Gillette ran off 27 unanswered points in route to a 41-21 win over number 5 Kelly Walsh Friday at Gillette. The Camels (4-0) snapped the Trojans (2-2) 2-game win streak.
Senior Brecken Biggs picked off 5 passes including one for a touchdown as the top ranked Natrona Mustangs defeated the fifth ranked Cheyenne Central Indians 40-13 in 4A football Friday. Biggs also ran one in for a touchdown on a quarterback keeper.
The Prep Game of the Week is back here in the new year on AM 1400 ESPN, as the Natrona Mustangs travel to Gillette to play the Camels on Friday night. The Mustangs go to Gillette with a 4-7 record, but haven't played in two weeks finishing sixth in the Energy Classic on Dec. 30th in Gillette.
Top-ranked Natrona kept their unbeaten season alive as they held on Friday night to defeat Gillette 41-34. The Mustangs (9-0) led 34-14 at halftime and 41-20 in the fourth quarter before the Camels (6-3) came charging back and making it a game at the end.

Kelly Walsh got four touchdowns from senior running back Denton Wilson as the Trojans rolled to their second win in a row over Cheyenne South 51-0 Friday night at Harry Geldien Stadium. Wilson had runs of 17, 39, 80 and 10 yards and totaled 172 yards on just 6 carries.
