Tough Start for Oiler Baseball Team

The Casper Oilers American Legion is off to a 1-6 start after 3 losses in Cheyenne over the weekend. The Oilers were beaten by Cheyenne and Gillette on Saturday, 14-4 and 12-2 and then were dealt a 7-1 defeat by Gillette on Sunday. The Oilers need to tighten things up on defense as they committed 26 errors in those 3 games. Weather permitting, Casper will host Jackson and Billings on Saturday and Sunday at Lansing Field.
