UNDATED (AP) — The Montreal Canadiens have padded their lead in the NHL's Eastern Conference by bouncing back from their only loss since Nov. 4.

Max Pacioretty (pash-uh-RET'-ee) scored twice and Carey Price stopped 31 shots in the Canadiens' seventh victory in eight games a 4-1 verdict over St. Louis. The Blues led 1-0 until Dale Weise (wees) and Pacioretty scored in the first 7 ½ minutes of the second period.

The Canadiens lead the entire league with 31 points after topping one of the top teams in the West.

Vladimir Tarasenko scored his team-high 11th goal for the Blues.

Elsewhere in the NHL:

— Corey Perry and Jakob Silfverberg had shootout goals as Anaheim topped Vancouver 4-3 to move two points ahead of Vancouver for the Western Conference lead. The Ducks blew a 2-0 lead and drailed 3-2 until Matt Beleskey scored midway through the third period.

— Jarrett Stoll, Trevor Lewis and Tanner Pearson provided the Kings' goals in a 3-2 win over Carolina in Los Angeles. Jonathan Quick handled 25 shots in the Kings' third straight win.

— Nick Bjugstad (BYOOG'-stad) scored twice in regulation and provided the deciding shootout goal to lift Florida past San Jose 3-2. The Sharks forced overtime on Patrick Marleau's goal with 34 seconds left in regulation.

— James van Riemsdyk (van REEMZ'-dyk) scored twice and Richard Panik had the game-winner in Toronto's 5-2 win over Tampa Bay. The Lightning have dropped two straight and four of six since opening the season 11-3-1.

— Second-period goals by Bobby Ryan, Alex Chiasson (CHAY'-sahn) and Jared Cowen pushed Ottawa past Nashville 3-2. Robin Lehner turned back 33 shots to backstop the Senators' second victory in three games.

— Patrick Kane scored the game-winner in the third period and had an assist as Chicago beat Calgary 4-3. The Blackhawks have won four of five to climb four games over .500 for the first time since they were 4-0-1.

— Tomas Tatar's (tah-TAHRZ') second goal of the night was the game-winner with 4:50 left in Detroit's 4-3 comeback victory against Winnipeg. The Red Wings trailed 3-2 until Justin Abdelkader (AB'-dul-kay-dur) and Tatar scored 2:10 apart late in the game.

— Philadelphia has a four-game losing streak after Jason Zucker scored with just 46 seconds left to give Minnesota a 3-2 win over the Flyers. Nino Niederreiter (NEE'-dur-eye-tur) and Marco Scandello each had a goal and an assist to support Darcy Kuemper's (KEM'-purz) 37-save effort.

— Washington pulled out a 3-2 win at Colorado on Alex Ovechkin's goal with 5:56 remaining. Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom each had a goal and an assist for the Caps.

— John Klingberg and Cody Eakin each scored in the first minute of the third period before Jason Spezza (SPET'-suh) added an insurance goal in the Dallas Stars' 3-1 comeback against Arizona. The rally allowed the Stars to win for just the third time in 13 games.

ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) — The Anaheim Ducks have traded defenseman Bryan Allen to the Montreal Canadiens for forward Rene Bourque. Allen is a stay-at-home defenseman who becomes an unrestricted free agent next summer. Bourque got off to a poor start this season, collecting two assists and compiling a -9 in 13 games before he was sent to the minors.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Kings defenseman Slava (SLAH'-vah) Voynov has been charged with felony domestic violence by the Los Angeles County district attorney's office. Voynov faces one felony count of corporal injury to a spouse with great bodily injury. The 24-year-old Russian Olympian has been suspended since his arrest early Oct. 20 at a hospital in Torrance, California. He had taken his wife to the hospital for treatment of injuries from their home in nearby Redondo Beach.
