Western Nebraska Drills Lady T-Birds 72-42

It was a rough night for the Casper Lady T-Birds as they lost to Western Nebraska 72-42 Tuesday night in Scottsbluff.The T-Birds haven't been shooting well at the start of this season and last night continued that as they shot only 25 percent from the floor and 22 percent from 3 point land. Casper was led in scoring by Shelby Stewart (Glenrock) with 14. Casper drops to 6-2 and Western Nebraska goes to 8-0. The T-Birds will be in a tournament next weekend in Colorado Springs.

The Casper College Men's team will host their 42nd Annual Thanksgiving Classic starting on Thursday. They'll host Raleigh Academy on Thursday, McCloud County, Kansas on Friday night and Lamar, Colorado on Saturday. All three games can be heard on AM 1400 ESPN.
