Casper Champions in Day #1 of State Track meet.

The Casper schools did quite well in the opening day of the state track meet at the Harry Geldein Stadium. Hunter Davila of Kelly Walsh won the 4A  3200 meters, setting the state record in the process in 9.21.64, edging Jonah Henry of Laramie. Davila took 3rd place in last years 3200. Olivia L'Ami of Kelly Walsh won the 4A shot put with a toss of 120 fet 9 inches. Lauren Taubert of Natrona repeated as champion in the 4A high jump going 5 feet 4 inches.
