The sports world may be focused on the NFL as the playoffs lead to the Super Bowl, but yesterday it was baseball's St. Louis Cardinals in the spotlight at the White House. President Obama honored the team for their incredible run in 2011 to become World Series Champions.

The president called Game Six of the World Series, in which the Cardinals were twice only one strike away from elimination before David Freese's 11th inning walk-off homer, "one of the best baseball games of all time."
