T-Birds Split in Rock Springs

The Casper College basketball teams split their games on Thursday afternoon in Rock Springs with the women earning a 78-62 win and the men dropping a 57-56 decision to Western Wyoming. The T-Bird ladies were paced by Monika Radomska with 18 points and Grace Meeks chipped in 15. C.C. is ranked 14th in the country with a record of 16-2. The T-Bird men were beaten in the last second by the Mustangs to drop C.C. to 12-5 on the year. Gerad Davis and Shea Garland threw in 12 apiece for the Birds. Both Casper College teams will be at home on Saturday afternoon to take on Central Wyoming at 3 and 5pm.
