Kelly Walsh Clinches Playoff Spot

The Kelly Walsh Trojans earned a berth in the 4A playoffs thanks to a 33-19 win over Cheyenne Central at the Harry Geldein Stadium on Friday night. The Trojans have gotten a jump start from Jacob Kostal who has been at the quarterback spot for the last 2 games. Kostal had 18 carries for 178 yards with a rushing touchdown and throwing 2 TD passes. Cheyenne Central was their own worst enemy in the game with 6 turnovers. The Trojans can clinch the #6 spot in the 4A playoffs with a win over Laramie this Friday.
